By using the NanoKheti website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST
- NanoKheti farm products are priced at MRP. Paying 100% online at checkout takes 10% off the MRP; cash on delivery orders are charged the MRP, with an advance of 20% of the order or ₹100, whichever is higher, paid online. Cash on delivery is not available for the book
- If the parcel comes back because of a wrong address, unanswered calls or refusal, the actual return shipping is deducted from the refund (or from the advance paid); the balance is refunded in 7 working days.
- Udyanam programmes (90° to 360°) are paid 100% online; they are not available on cash on delivery. In an order with a programme and other items, the programme is paid in full online and the rest can be cash on delivery, with the advance above on the rest. Fertile Soil costs the same online or by cash on delivery. Basic of POT, Micro Power and Crazy Root & Shoot bought on their own cost less when paid 100% online, as shown on the Udyanam page

2. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD confirmation
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For WhatsApp orders, payment confirmation is required before dispatch
- Sales and payments on nanokheti.com are handled by Univarsal Agri Services, Kagal, Kolhapur.
- FCO label formats from nanokheti.com/label/ are digital products, sent by e-mail and downloadable for 48 hours after payment; after 48 hours the label files are deleted from our server (the GST invoice is kept for our records).
3. Delivery
- We deliver across India via Delhivery courier
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 working days from dispatch
- Free delivery on orders above ₹999
- Delivery timelines may vary due to remote locations or courier delays
4. Product Usage
- Follow dosage instructions on product labels and in provided literature
- NanoKheti is not liable for crop losses due to incorrect application
- Results may vary based on soil type, crop variety, and agro-climatic conditions
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, branding, and product formulations — is the property of CarbonCred & Soil Science AI Pvt. Ltd. (NanoKheti). Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
