Biostimulant QR code test: does yours give the Ministry's five items?
The Ministry of Agriculture's letter of 24 September 2025 asks the QR code on every biostimulant label to give the Gazette notification number and date, the title, the composition, the crops and the dosage.
Codes made by NanoKheti are read from the page they open. The notification is compared with NanoKheti's list of the 227 notified biostimulants (Schedule VI); the Gazette is authoritative. Need a code that passes? The biostimulant QR code generator makes one in the Ministry's format, with your batch details (Rs. 69 + GST).

What does the test check?
The five items the Ministry of Agriculture's letter of 24 September 2025 asks the QR code on a biostimulant label to give: the Gazette notification number and date, the title of the biostimulant, its composition, the crops and the dosage. When the code names a notified product, the test also compares the notification with the one behind the product's current entry in NanoKheti's list of the 227 biostimulants in Schedule VI.
Why does the notification matter?
Schedule VI keeps changing: it changed through 11 Gazette notifications between March 2025 and March 2026, and a later order can substitute a product's entry. A code made from an older entry can give a notification and a composition that are no longer current.
My code opens a website. Can the test check it?
Codes made by NanoKheti are read from the page they open. Other websites cannot be opened from here: open the link on a phone and check that the page shows all five items, or paste that page's text into the box.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The camera picture, the photo and the text stay on your phone or computer: the test runs in your browser.
If my code passes, is my label compliant?
Not by itself. The test reads the QR code. The label must follow the Fertiliser (Control) Order and the product's notified entry: clause 21 allows only the particulars the Order or another law requires. NanoKheti's FCO label generator makes the front and back label from the notified entry.
