The download buttons work until (48 hours), up to 10 downloads each. Until then you can also get the files from the "Get my files" tab with your mobile number. After 48 hours the label files are deleted from our server, so save them now.

Enter the mobile number you gave for the invoice. Orders paid in the last 48 hours are shown with their download buttons. This also completes an order if your payment went through but the page closed before the files appeared.
