✦ Why NanoFOR Tabela+

The dairy shed is the first point of disease transmission. Environmental mastitis pathogens — E. coli, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus — reach the udder through contact with contaminated floors, bedding, feeding troughs, and milking equipment. Subclinical mastitis affects nearly 1 in 3 Indian dairy cows. Flies and ticks compound the problem — blood-sucking flies are the single strongest identified risk factor for Lumpy Skin Disease.

NanoFOR Tabela uses 250 ppm colloidal silver at <100 nm, engineered to be sprayed or wiped across every hard surface in your shed — concrete floors, brick walls, steel troughs, milking buckets, hand tools, boots. 99.9% kill rate through membrane rupture, energy shutdown, and DNA blocking — a mechanism pathogens cannot develop resistance to. Non-corrosive on metal. Odour-free. Safe for the animal if it licks a dried treated surface. No rinsing required.

✦ How to Use — Weekly Shed Disinfection+
  • Step 1 — Clear the shed: Remove bedding, dung, and loose organic matter. Rinse floor with plain water. Empty water troughs.
  • Step 2 — Mix the solution: Add 10–20 ml of NanoFOR Tabela to a 10-litre bucket of clean water. Use 1 ml/L for routine weekly disinfection; 2 ml/L during outbreak season or after a confirmed case on the premises.
  • Step 3 — Apply to all surfaces: Spray, pour, or wipe across floors, walls up to 3 feet, feeding troughs, empty water tanks, milking buckets and cans, hand tools, boots, and boot baths. Do not spray directly on animals.
  • Step 4 — Let it act: Surface stays wet for at least 10 minutes contact time. No rinsing needed — let surfaces air-dry naturally.
  • Step 5 — Return animals: Once surfaces are dry, animals can re-enter the shed. Refill water troughs with fresh water. Add clean bedding.

Frequency: Once weekly for routine. Twice weekly during high-risk season (monsoon, active outbreaks in neighbouring villages). Typical 10-cow shed uses ~40–60 ml per wash.

✦ Composition & Safety+
  • Active: Colloidal Silver (Ag+) at 250 ppm, <100 nm particle size
  • Base: Purified water with food-grade stabilisers (pH 3.5 ± 0.2)
  • Shed surface use only — do not spray directly on the animal, its feed, or drinking water being consumed
  • Safe if animal licks a dried treated surface — WHO Class II silver, well below exposure limits at recommended use
  • Non-corrosive on metal troughs, milking equipment, steel tools
  • Odour-free, no rinsing required
  • Do not mix with chlorine-based cleaners, peroxide products, or strong oxidisers — use separately
  • Full label with dosage, safety, precautions & first aid available as downloadable PDF
✦ Why Weekly Shed Disinfection Matters+

Clean shed = clean milk = healthy herd. The economics are compelling:

  • Subclinical mastitis affects ~1 in 3 Indian dairy cows — most cases are invisible but drag milk yield down every day
  • Estimated ₹7,165 crore lost annually in India to mastitis-related milk loss and treatment costs
  • Lumpy Skin Disease killed over 2 lakh cattle in the 2022 outbreak — blood-sucking flies from dirty sheds are the primary vector
  • Weekly shed disinfection disrupts the bacterial transfer chain from floor → udder
  • Reduces fly breeding load and rodent attraction
  • Lowers vet-visit frequency over a 12-month cycle

Think of it as biosecurity insurance — ₹1,499 for the bottle, 2–3 months of weekly use for a 10-cow shed, pays for itself if it avoids even a single mastitis case (typical treatment + milk loss per case: ₹3,000–₹8,000).

✦ Backed By+
  • Peer-reviewed science — colloidal silver antimicrobial action on hard surfaces well-documented
  • 99.9% kill on tested environmental mastitis strains and surface pathogens
  • Non-corrosive — will not damage metal troughs or milking equipment
  • Chemical-free — no chlorine, no phenol, no peroxide, no harsh residue
  • A brand of CarbonCred & Soil Science AI Pvt. Ltd. — makers of NanoKheti products trusted by 50,000+ farmers
