आपका खेत। हमारी नज़र। अंतरिक्ष से।
Why it matters
A plant short of water or nutrients, or under pest attack, changes how its leaves reflect light, often before the leaves look different. Satellites can measure that change across your whole field.
Yellowing, wilting and patches show up after the stress has started, and every day lost can cost yield.
On a large or scattered farm, a corner that is going wrong is easy to miss until it spreads.
Knowing exactly where to look saves time, water and inputs: you check and treat the patch, not the whole field.
How it works
No app to install and no equipment on the farm.
Send your farm's location on WhatsApp. We mark the plot boundary with you once.
Earth-observation satellites photograph your field every few days. We turn each picture into a crop health map (NDVI, a vegetation index).
Green, yellow and red zones on a map of your own field, and where to walk and check. In plain words, on WhatsApp.
What you get
Each report shows your plot in colours: where the crop is doing well, where to keep an eye, and where to go and check now. Over the season you also see how each part of the field is doing.
Illustration only: not real farm data. Pilot reports will follow this pattern.
In the final pilot
We publish results only after the pilot proves them on real farms.
A colour map of every plot after each clear satellite picture.
In the pilotHow early a stressed patch can be flagged, compared with what the farmer sees in the field.
Being measuredFarm-level weather risk and hints on when the crop needs water.
Being testedAn estimate of the season's harvest to plan sales, checked against the actual harvest.
Being testedWho it is for
Know which part of the field needs attention, before walking every row.
Follow members' farms in one place, plan inputs and advise where it matters.
Follow demo plots and dealer farms, and show how a crop responds season-long.
Farm-level crop condition over the season, to support field verification.
Good to know
Satellites cannot see through thick cloud. In the monsoon there can be gaps between clear pictures.
Each picture is made of small squares. Very small or narrow plots, and fields under trees or shade nets, are harder to read.
The map shows where the crop is under stress, not the exact cause. A field check, or your agronomist, confirms it.

Questions
Yes. Khagol Kheti is in its final pilot stage, and the pilot is free for the first 100 farms this rabi season. Plans for after the pilot will be announced before the pilot ends.
A phone with WhatsApp and your farm's location. There is no app to install and nothing to fit on the farm.
After each clear satellite picture of your field, which is every few days. In cloudy weather there can be longer gaps.
Crops grown in open fields. Very small or narrow plots, and fields under trees or shade nets, are harder to read from space.
No. It shows where the crop is under stress so you know where to look. A field check, or your agronomist, finds the cause.
FPOs, agri-input companies, banks, insurers and government departments can join the pilot too. Call 70384 48078 for business enquiries.
